Industry 4.0 - Basic Technologies & Fields of Application
This trainings gives an overview on all relevant terms, aspects and technologies as well as the status of the “Industry 4.0” concept. This training enables you to understand the most relevant technological use cases and fundamental aspects within the DT. It is supported by several experiential, practical demonstrations.
Digitization of Lean Production
In this training, the focus is on the basic connection between Lean Methods and principles and Digitization. In a highly interactive assembly simulation, you will experience advantages but also pitfalls of digital technologies and understand how to use technologies in a “Lean way” to support the goals of operational excellence.
(Digital) Shop Floor Management
In this training, the major elements and practices of Shopfloor Management are trained, also introducing the Solvace DSFM Tool. The structure and elements of an integrated SFM system that includes all relevant Lean principles, methods and Lean “behaviors” will be explained and experienced as well as the benefits of working with the tool “Solvace” with the SFM system.
Smart & Lean Production
I4.0 – Assessment & Roadmap
The participants will learn how to conduct a maturity assessment and what the criteria are to define the current and target state for their plant / area.
